You Call, We Answer
We’re not a call center at Versa Pak. When you call us, you’ll always get a real person on the line, not an operator menu of pre-recorded options. Our staff is cross-trained to understand all areas of our poly packaging business, which means the team member that picks up the phone will likely be able to help you without needing to transfer the call.
Our Poly Products Quote Process
To get started on your packaging quote, please have the following information ready:
- Size
- Mil
- How the product should be packed (rolls, cartons, etc)
- Quantity per roll or carton
- Shipping location
- Film or bag?
At Versa Pak, we aim to turn around your quote in one hour or less. Your quote will be emailed to you with a description of the product, quantity, responsive lead time, shipping location, and price. If you’d like a team member to talk through the quote with you, just ask!
What Happens When You Place an Order?
You’ll send your purchase order to us with a part number if you have it. Once your order is scheduled, you’ll receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.
Our team will keep you up to date on the status of your order and ship dates so you never have to wonder what’s happening on our end. When we load your order on the truck, you can be sure your product reflects the high standards we’re known for.
