At Versa Pak, we manufacture custom plastic packaging for the food industry and other consumer industries. Our company started in 1986 as a small manufacturer, and continued growth led us to build our new manufacturing facility and warehouse at 500 Staeger Road, Celina, Ohio.
A continuously growing company, Versa Pak has recently expanded our facility by an additional 56,000 square feet. This expansion will add approximately 12 new positions in our company, and we are currently hiring the best candidates for our line operator, high output operators, production setup, Co-Ex production setup, warehouse shipping and receiving, and customer service & order entry positions. Experience is desired, but we will provide training for the right candidate.
As we are known for our in-house promoting and advancement, a line operator is an entry-level position with the opportunity of a great career. We are also currently looking for high output candidates offering higher pay. We have both full- and part-time positions available. Versa Pak has a 12-hour rotating schedule that allows for days off during the week!

Meet Your Trainer: Ryan Baer
We’ve taken a new approach to employee training at Versa Pak. By mixing a formal classroom environment with hands-on learning, we’re able to meet the needs of different types of learners starting with the company — and we’ve seen a positive outcome in the long run.
When he’s not presenting forklift training or training tenured employees on updates to processes, Versa Pak’s trainer Ryan Baer facilitates our new hire training every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
“We just have a good, healthy atmosphere here as far as conversation … It’s somewhere I know where I can walk into in the morning with a smile on my face, and when I walk out the door at the end of the day, I have a smile on my face,” he says.
