At Versa Pak, we manufacture custom plastic packaging for the food and other consumer industries. Our company started in 1986 as a small manufacturer. Continued growth led us to build our new manufacturing facility and warehouse at 500 Staeger Road, Celina, Ohio.

We have career opportunities in line operation, maintenance, electrical work, supervisory, human resources, customer service, quality management, sales, lab technician work and more.

Meet Your Trainer: Ryan Baer

We’ve taken a new approach to employee training at Versa Pak. By mixing a formal classroom environment with hands-on learning, we’re able to meet the needs of different types of learners starting with the company — and we’ve seen a positive outcome in the long run.

When he’s not presenting forklift training or training tenured employees on updates to processes, Versa Pak’s trainer Ryan Baer facilitates our new hire training every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

“We just have a good, healthy atmosphere here as far as conversation … It’s somewhere I know where I can walk into in the morning with a smile on my face, and when I walk out the door at the end of the day, I have a smile on my face,” he says.
