Experience/Certification Required:

The Customer Service/ Quoting  Representative is responsible for answering phone calls, quoting orders and corresponding with customers about their needs. The CSR will maintain a friendly and professional relationship with our customers when corresponding via phone or email about new orders, order status or customer complaints. The candidate must be able to provide consistent friendly service to customers, have a good understanding of Mathematics, and know Microsoft Word, and Excel.

Education Level: High School
Career Level: Entry
