Versa-Pak, LTD. Was founded in 1986 at 400 South Ash Street, Celina, Ohio. In 2000 two new owners purchased Versa-Pak and hence the new name, Versa-Pak, LTD. Due to continued growth, superior quality, competitive pricing, and good customer value, Versa–Pak, LTD. built and moved to its present location of 500 Staeger Road, Celina, Ohio. This endeavor has made it possible to expand our capabilities as well as locate the warehouse under one roof.
